Honestly

Best delivery app I’ve used. I’ve been around in many countries and by far, snoonu is the most convenient and easiest to use with great help from their team whenever needed.

100x better than Talabat

I received 5 pizzas upstairs down with Talabat. They brushed me off. Snoonu is much better service and delivery.

Waste of time

Snoonu cannot fulfill orders because they don’t have enough delivery drivers. They would be better off concentrating on a smaller area until they manage to build the man-power. My first order arrived stone-cold, my second I cancelled after 1.5hrs of it sat waiting to be collected. Not impressed. Yesterday my order took 2hrs to arrive. Was promised a refund, no sign of that either.

Very bad

At the beginning, it had very fast delivery, but these days this past few months has been very bad and the delivery time takes a long time. For example, I ordered food and it took it took two hours and I still didn't receive the order so I told them that to cancel the order and yet they still haven't fixed the problem so I hope they fix it soon because right now I will never order from Snoonu ever again until they fix it

I have just made an order at 7:30pm and it says order is reaching to me by 8:00 to 8:15, But i had to cook dinner and i had no time to wait, so i have just called them and told them if they can deliver my order before 8:00 as i have no time, and guess what? 7:50 pm my order is by the door! Thank you snoonu!!! I love you

All seems ok now.

Old review:
This is a simple comparison made in order to help Snoonu correct some bugs or mistakes. I will go directly to the point for today’s deliveries i made: Point #1) breakfast. On Snoonu the menu was incomplete. I called the restaurant and they said we opened all sections. But in fact this was not true. I had to chose a competitive app instead. Snoonu 0 - 1 Competitor / Point #2) Lunch: on Snoonu app, the restaurant i chose this time was OK. Snoonu was on time and delivered correctly. Snoonu 1 - 1 Competitor / Point #3) Dinner: this time with Snoonu, the delivery was disabled on the app and only takeaway was turned on. On competitor’s app it was OK. Had to use competitor’s app. Snoonu 1 - 2 Competitor. Results = Competitor wins. This is only in 1 day and with 1 customer: myself. Thank you and Best luck.

Experiencing Delays and Inconveniences with Snoonu: A Comparative Review with Talabat During Ramadan

Throughout Ramadan, I consistently used Talabat for my orders, and it never failed to deliver on time or meet my expectations. However, I decided to give Snoonu a try. Although I found their item search feature to be slightly more comprehensive, I encountered an issue when I forgot to add an item to my order. Upon contacting their support, I was informed that they couldn’t add the item due to the merchant’s policy. Their solution was to cancel my entire order and place a new one. Consequently, my money was transferred to my Snoonu Wallet. I reordered, expecting a delivery time of 40-50 minutes, a little before 2:30 pm. As time passed, by 3:45 pm, 75 minutes had elapsed, and I received a call apologizing for a further delay, with the app indicating an additional 30-minute wait. Now, after 90 minutes, I’m uncertain whether we’ll receive our order within 120 minutes or at all. It’s disappointing that Snoonu’s response was to again blame the merchant, showing a lack of dependability.
