sometimes, the delivery says that it'll take apporximately an hour to arrive, but no. these drivers are so fast and polite. theyre also very respectful towards you no matter your gender, race or anything else. sometimes, they get lost because my place is really complicated to go through, but they ask for the location kindly and then thank you for your time. thats a review.

Lacking some core feautures

Restaurants always missing menu items. Usually when you go on other delivery apps you’ll find the full menu, but on snoonu the menu is always limited and missing items. This has been the case for a long time and for a lot of restaurants. Not sure whose fault is it. Also the app lacks some basic features such as category filtration. For example I don’t have “Arabic food category”. It’s very limited to specific categories and you cannot find the ones you want like other delivery apps, and searching for “Arabic food” will not show many restaurants. I usually use other delivery apps to find restaurants. Unfortunately I submitted complaints about these issues a long time ago and on many different occasions but nothing seems to be done about it.

Bad experience

Yesterday I buy from a restaurant after three minutes of my order I called them to change some thing in my order and they tell me it is OK. I can change it when the order delivered it is that the same order before it was chicken they put all the box same part of chicken and when I called the Sununu helping center they said that I did not call because of that restaurant. Tell that I sent him the photo of calling after that dated that they cannot do anything it is very bad how they treat with customers, the restaurant and the application

Great App

The app is easy to use and i’ve always got my order on time. They always have some great offers and have a great selection of Arabic food restaurants. I highly recommend Snoonu!

Just a facade

The extra star is only for your kind riders.
The app and the customer service are a definite zero.
Estimated time is not reliable nor accurate.
Search is not accurate when it comes to keywords (i.e. if you search for tomatoes, it will show you that, but once you add another word -two words search- it shows you random results) which is confusing.
Compensation is almost nonexistent and only when asked for.
Bad communication between customer service and merchants.
In april last year I was told to send an email to the address on website with detailed information of an incident that happened, resent it not once but twice, never got any response.
