No charge: They exchanged my order twice within two hours no charge.
My niece had an event in her school I bought a size 5 dress and it was delivered within the hour. We tried that on and thought it’s a bit short so decided to chat with the support team on the app they were efficient and fast and sent two drivers one brought a size 6 dress and the other took the size 5 dress back to the store ( no charge). We tried the size 6 dress and thought it was really big so we decided on the size 5 dress. Again I contacted the support team in the app and honestly again so efficient and fast they sent two drivers again one took the dress and one brought back the size 5 dress. ( the size of the dress is from a shop that snoonu only manages their deliveries). Thank you snoonu for the fast and efficient service we were so happy with the service and put my mind in ease throughout it all. Again all that exchange free of charge 🙌🏾

I have just made an order at 7:30pm and it says order is reaching to me by 8:00 to 8:15,
But i had to cook dinner and i had no time to wait, so i have just called them and told them if they can deliver my order before 8:00 as i have no time, and guess what? 7:50 pm my order is by the door! Thank you snoonu!!! I love you

1001 reasons to delete this app
The worst thing about Snoonu is not the fact that your order will almost certainly be late. It's not that you'll wait at least 20 minutes on your phone to chat with their customer service. It's not that customer service will take everything in and then say "we're sorry about that" and leave the chat without having resolved the issue. The worst thing about Snoonu is that they will not, no matter what, admit to their fault and compensate you for wasting your time. I want so hard for a local business to lead the industry when it comes to food deliveries, but Snoonu will make sure to give 1001 reasons to make you find an alternative.

[Bug Found] Details in the review.
When I add items to the cart and then close the app, less than a minute after I reopen the app and checkout the items that I previously added and successfully place an order, 5 minutes after I receive a phone notification that “I still have items in my cart with the eyes emoji”. Obviously I don’t because I ordered those said items. Other than that, your app’s UI/ UX is brilliant and you should consider expanding around Qatar’s region.

Poor customer service
Had the worst experience, these kind of apps meant to provide peace of mind not to stress you out and they messed up my day.
After long day at work ordered food had to wait 1h and try to connect and chat to them they put me in queue of 22
After 20 minutes in the queue managed to chat to them and they weren’t responsive so wasted more time
The driver arrived after lost on his way and called me to direct him, he spilled my drinks at my door steps
He said sorry and left before I figure out what happened!
I opened the food and was dry and cold
Chatted to them to request a refund and send their driver back to collect the unwanted food
Took me nearly half and hour chatting and calling.
After all they made me feel like if I was asking for a favour or demanding something I’m not entitled to.
They said the have processed the refund but didn’t receive any email or anything!

Great job on the UI, please read
👍🏼👍🏼Amazing work on the user interface and the continuous timely updates. I would just recommend adding Night mode or Dark mode for the app (it would be perfect if we could also choose “Match iPhone appearance settings”) app UI is the main reason I switched from Talabat to this app.

Overall great service!
If the order is straightforward- the delivery is very timely and quick- we did have few challenges on items it available specifically with Lulu supermarket - where they have to call many times for items variation due to lack of item update on the app!
