This app was working perfectly once it started, but I noticed that the service dropped down.

I have received the wrong items multiple times, which has been quite frustrating and inconvenient for me.

I placed an order ,However, upon receiving the delivery, I discovered that the items I received were completely different from what I had ordered. This occurred again on in another day with order, where the wrong items were delivered once more.

I must emphasize that these repeated errors have caused unnecessary inconvenience and have affected my overall experience as a customer. As a result, I have been unable to utilize the items received, rendering them useless to me.

Therefore, I am wondering how to request a full refund for the incorrect items that I have received. I trust that your company takes customer satisfaction seriously, and I believe that a prompt resolution to this matter is essential to maintaining a positive customer-business relationship.

Additionally, if there are any specific guidelines or procedures I need to follow for the return of the incorrect items, kindly inform me accordingly.

I would like to emphasize that I value the products and services your company offers, and I believe in the potential for a mutually beneficial resolution to this issue. I hope that we can rectify this situation promptly and restore my confidence in your brand.

Could be better

Great food options and helpful team but app/services needs enhancements. The app crashes a lot, saved addresses keep changing and there's no ability to rename or label saved addresses. Also there's no option to follow up with merchants to select alternatives for unavailable items - so customers would receive a call or multiple calls or chat with merchants on WhatsApp to negotiate their choices! This means a lot of time is taken up from everyone's day! Also, it's not convenient to receive follow up calls from Snoonu representatives to 'confirm' the decisions customers have made with merchants regarding cancelations, exchanges and possible refunds. Overall, if you're busy definitely avoid using the app as it would end up taking a lot from your time than you'd expect!

Bad service

Bad delivery service and even worse customer services
I have received a wrong order two consecutive times and I have shared the photo of the order and the wrong order and i typed in the chat what is the correct order and repeated that almost three times and the woman chatting back says “I got that” and still I receive a wrong order for the second time
That and the addition of the system buffering every two seconds the operational services in the app are just wonderful

Customer service and delivery

I Ordered food it came 1 hour later and it was cold and messed up I contacted the customer service they asked if I wanted a refund or redelivery when I said redelivery they ended the chat and when I asked again they kept ignoring my messages by not answering for an hour until I ended the chat cause it was wasting my time
I don’t agree with Snoonu saying “fastest delivery” and the customer service is bad

Trash

This app has many faults. I’ve had an incident happen serval times where they would take the payment from my bank account and immediately cancel the order without notice. If you complain they offer you a 3-10 business day refund of the the deducted amount or credit on the app which never arrives sometimes. They need to work on foxing their app and stop scamming people.

My grocery order delivery time kept increasing to over an hour initially was 18-28mins. I asked for a cancellation as it was nearly 11pm I was falling asleep. I was told I will get a refund, checked app 5 mins later still saying order is on the way. When I spoke to someone again they said we will cancel and refund the order to your wallet.

I advised I don’t want refund to wallet but my bank card I was told someone will call me I’ve now got no call and no refund.

This is very poor and will not be using these services again will mention this to my Qatar airways relevant department.

I’m loyal to it

This app works wonders but sometimes it doesn’t upload even with WiFi most times the food comes fast but maybe I received wrong order 1or 2 I’ll forever stick to and trust this app due to its customer service being wonderful

[Bug Found] Details in the review.

When I add items to the cart and then close the app, less than a minute after I reopen the app and checkout the items that I previously added and successfully place an order, 5 minutes after I receive a phone notification that “I still have items in my cart with the eyes emoji”.

Obviously I don’t because I ordered those said items. Other than that, your app’s UI/ UX is brilliant and you should consider expanding around Qatar’s region.

Suggestion

Allow me to see the restaurant menu and the prices even if the restaurant is closed
And maybe add to cart until the restaurant reopens
