Downgrade
I have received the wrong items multiple times, which has been quite frustrating and inconvenient for me.
I placed an order ,However, upon receiving the delivery, I discovered that the items I received were completely different from what I had ordered. This occurred again on in another day with order, where the wrong items were delivered once more.
I must emphasize that these repeated errors have caused unnecessary inconvenience and have affected my overall experience as a customer. As a result, I have been unable to utilize the items received, rendering them useless to me.
Therefore, I am wondering how to request a full refund for the incorrect items that I have received. I trust that your company takes customer satisfaction seriously, and I believe that a prompt resolution to this matter is essential to maintaining a positive customer-business relationship.
Additionally, if there are any specific guidelines or procedures I need to follow for the return of the incorrect items, kindly inform me accordingly.

I have received a wrong order two consecutive times and I have shared the photo of the order and the wrong order and i typed in the chat what is the correct order and repeated that almost three times and the woman chatting back says “I got that” and still I receive a wrong order for the second time
That and the addition of the system buffering every two seconds the operational services in the app are just wonderful

I advised I don’t want refund to wallet but my bank card I was told someone will call me I’ve now got no call and no refund.
This is very poor and will not be using these services again will mention this to my Qatar airways relevant department.
