Wonโt let you checkout
Iโve got all my items ready to be payed for and it will not let me checkout securely. When I press it, it remains the same. Iโve been trying to buy from the app and it hasnโt worked for the past 2 weeks.

Great product awesome price!!! My only small complaint is that I wish there was more protein in each scoop.
Great products/Crap Delivery
Iโve used MyProtein for years now, and I generally think theyโre a great company, and good value for money, but had nothing but hard work getting the stuff delivered. I pay extra for โnext day deliveryโ and itโs NEVER ever turned up the next day, or next week, one next day purchase took 3 months once.
Great protein powders and Creatine, just make sure youโve got the patience to wait for them

My Honest Opinion
I believe MyProtein is a great app, it allows easy access to all my protein needs, has decent descriptions of the products and it tells you the uses for said products. I still need to learn some more about the app but is all honesty itโs great!
Good products canโt trust pricing
The Products are Great and the App is smooth. This should be 5 star. However, they keep playing around with artificial discounts on inflated pricing. I believe the aim is to make us think we got a good deal, when in reality we like the product quality and just buy them.
Unfortunately it is very difficult to trust MP on their pricing. I hope they stop playing these games and so do other users I know.

Poor customer service
After purchasing my usual clear whey protein peach tea, it arrived but wrong product/ flavour was in the labelled peach tea container. Went onto app to chat to Bonnie and she apologised and said did I want a refund or return! I said a replacement. After returning and waiting 10 days. I went back on the app and again spoke to Bonnie who said the replacement didnโt go through and they had issued a refund! Why ? If Iโd known I was getting a refund I would of just purchased a new one straight away instead of sourcing other protein at an extra expense while I was waiting for my replacement. I feel either Bonnie was an computer generated reply or very inexperienced. This was a very exhausting experience. Now after 11 days the refund has been processed which I have to wait 3-5 working days for !!
