Terrible
Total waste of bandwidth. Not at all intuitive, very slow to load and cannot keep up with a slow paced walking tour. Don’t waste money, time or mental effort on this app.757984

Big waste of money
We also bought two apps for the Seville Royal Alcazar palace. The tour app Didn’t work must if the time. Kept booting us out and we would have to reload/renter app site numerous times. Finally quit using it.Orakit
Really poor App
We tried to use this app for a guided tour in Seville’s Alcazar Palace today. Really poor experience. Sound continually resets to phone speaker instead of headphones. Whenever you shut down the screen & the reopen the sound diverts again!! Worse still if you take a photo on your iPhone then the whole app freezes. Doesn’t work with Bluetooth headphones
Because their developers didn’t know how to write a mobile app, this does not route its audio output through the iPhone’s primary audio output, thus bypassing Bluetooth. Hire someone who actually knows something about mobile app development guys, rather than some corrupt politician’s personal connections.Show less2drinks
Disappointed
I have had several audio guide experiences recently that use the iPhone. This one was very disappointing. This app does not allow my iPhone to use Bluetooth earbuds to play the audio. It also simply repeats at the end of each segment rather than continuing on. It is very awkward when you are trying to take pictures and manage this audio guide.Show lesskjr_ohio
Fewer stars if possible
The app is barely functional and it adds nothing to your experience. Since you have to carry it around like you’re on speaker phone like a doofus it actively makes it worse. The sections also stop randomly and the signs don’t follow the numbers. Waste of money.KevinJ258
