Terrible app. Doesn't work with your AirPods and it is so so slow. Really disappointed we had to use this at the alcazar as the official audio guide. If i could, would never have purchased it. Save your money and buy the physical audio guide on site.Reviewer 961
Terrible
As others have mentioned, refuses to play sound via AirPods. This means you’ll need to hold the phone up to your ear to listen, which makes it impossible to watch the videos with sound (you’re in a public space so can’t bother other people with loud sound).Graemesi
Don’t bother even downloading
Thought it would easier to download the app and listen to the audio tour of the Real Alcázar de Sevilla rather than using the audio guides they handed out. Wish I hadn’t bothered.
Really bad app that won’t even connect to your headphones or AirPods. Had to walk through the palace with my phone to my ear so not to disturb everyone else then couldn’t see the images it was displaying.

Does not work without fast 4G connection, which you may not have unless you have purchased a local SIM with the appropriate plan. The WiFi is only available at the counter / store and so that does not help. Had to get their device to listen to the audio. All the tech glitches aside, the quality of audio narrative is mediocre. Additionally, the lack of physical signage in terms of how to proceed (which is an issue with most Spanish tourist sites) makes self-guided tours a bit of a hassle.
