Do not buy!
This app is the work of folks that really don’t care. It doesn’t even connect to Bluetooth, for a start. I’d spend more time review but I would be wasting my time and yours. Stay away.Wgt46
Don’t bother
Don’t bother. Took ages to download guide for Alcazar in Seville. Very rude and impatient assistant too. Agree with previous review, kept freezing on screen and no chance of taking a photo at the same time as listening to the guide. Stick to the audio with earphones in my opinion.dizzyburt
Awful. Fails at the basics.
You can’t use headphones which seems basic for an audio guide. You can’t rewind or skip through audio, again a fail. Oh and it requires a data connection, for the frankly worthless videos and audio which again is a fail given the lack of cell service inside.Funbobby81
Hard luck if you’ve already paid
Don’t spoil your experience of the place by trying to use this app. Forget it and just walk around. You’ll get much more enjoyment doing that.MJA6101
Crap app
Wouldn’t load properly on half of our phones. Glitchy functionality. Content isn’t very informative or memorable beyond telling you what room you’re in and to look at the most obvious feature.Mark in Calgary
Headphones/AirPods 👎
I’m sure the content was great, but the app does not work with AirPods. This is a known issue as the friendly people on-site showed us a workaround (which was to access the information via the web).trog10011
Waste of time and money
If you’re in the Alcázar of Seville and you see posters telling you to download this App. Don’t waste your time. It just doesn’t work. Workers around will feign ignorance and tell you it’s your device as people around you experience the same thing. In the end, they’ll give you another device that has the same App installed that works only slightly better. If the app can’t even run on their own device properly what hope do we have.
I’ve been to multiple tourist attractions all over Spain. This is the worst audioguide app, and it costs 6€. Some places had free audioguides that worked better.Show lesselmx88
Very, very bad
This is a terrible app - it’s like they revived an app from the 1980’s but the developers forgot that it still works like an ‘80’s app. The audio often doesn’t link to the correct location, the audio loops forever (not useful unless you need to be told everything several times), and when you need the audio to start at the next location it always goes back to the top of the list, presumably because it expects it might get lost.
