Too massive an app to download or use. It’s more a visual experience. When I’m visiting the Seville Alcazar, I want an audio guide to listen to while looking at the real site. Absolute Rubbish
Everything takes forever to load. Bluetooth headphones don’t work. Very much regretting purchasing it. Gave up after the first section.show077
Unbelievably frustrated
Didn’t really work. The audio didn’t work until halfway through, the app was unconnected to the site (Alcazar of Seville)— don’t get the app if you can at all avoid it. Additionally, the app does not work at all with Bluetooth headphones.Dillon angry

If you’re reading this review before you buy the app, you are smarter than me.
Spend the extra euro and rent their system with headphones.
I assumed I could download the app and listen to the tour through my Bluetooth headphones. For some reason the app will not allow this. I wish they’d refund me. I didn’t use their stupid app to walk around with my phone held up to my head and I certainly wasn’t going to play it loud and annoy my fellow travelers.Show lessSemperp1994
Waste of money
I completely agree with other poor reviews on here.
I’m also disappointed that this app is allowed to be officially endorsed by the palace as they have a stall inside the main gate.

Scams scamming
This App is sold by a scam company that pretends to be the Alcazar’s real site. After paying twice the cost for the tour you get this stipid App that doesn’t really work. They should be kicked out of Apple Storeneed 2 download book ovr n ovr
12th century app for a 12th century palace
This is a shockingly bad app - even in the 12th century when the first part of the Alcazar was built I expect they had higher standards for app design.
The money generated by this app (€7 per visitor?!) is insane and surely means they can afford one semi-competent developer that knows what an iOS app is.
The worst part is the sound. It somehow doesn’t work with Bluetooth headphones (why I don’t know - isn’t it just using native sound on an iPhone?!) and in 2023 that’s a problem when no one has wired headphones anymore. So your visit to the Alcazar is mostly listening to 20 speakers playing the guide around you…Show lessLondon Dave D
Can’t use AirPods
This is the worst app ever. It routes the sound in a weird way and you have to use it as a speaker held awkwardly by your ear. Do not waste money on this especially when you can get a physical audio guide at the entrance with headphonesrushilisms
Good visuals but needs improvement

The bad : This app is very very expensive ,
It is poorly integrated with the actual location it describes.Please Just put the app reference numbers on each room or space!
It does not work with airpods!
