Hopeless app and palace admin
Used this for Alcazar Palace and it was such a challenge to match audio with the many locations that I just gave up as did many others we met. The security folk were also feed up with answering “where are we” on the app. The printed map, only helped in a very limited way. Until the palace administration and app developer coordinate signage and upgrade the app accordingly, it will remain a next to useless app aside from the initial intro.Show lessJroamer
Awful app - doesn’t work with Airpods - waste of money
The app doesn’t work with Airpods or any bluetooth headphones. It’s a pity this is the official audioguide app of Real Alcazar of Seville they advertise and sell you for €6 …Emf990
Don’t waste your money
I should have looked at the reviews first. This is the worst app that I have ever purchased. I was with a group and everyone purchased the app. No one could get it to work properly and when it would intermittently work, the sound only came out of our phones, not our iPods or other headphones.Bauhausschool
Terrible guide
At first the codes they gave us did not work and after getting new codes the audio guides would not play on my AirPods or wired earbuds only the phone speaker. Would not recommendmassimo1284950
Doesnt work with Apple Airpods
The whole idea of audio guide is audio. And that doesn't work in this poor app. Its not rocket science to google or stackoverflow this and add the bluetooth permission in your plist file.mo.gtr
Bluetooth Headphones Do Not Work
Tried everything. AirPods and over ear headphones. Even though they were connected to the phone they would not connect to the app to play the tour.asdgwydicje

Does not work with headphones
Don't get this tour for the Real Alcazar Sevilla if you expect to listen through headphones. App defaults to phone speaker and can't see a way to change this. Waste of money.Appypapi
