We were not only sold two of these apps of which my husband and I could have shared one on our phone. It was slow to upload, the headphone connection did not work and it kept stopping in the middle of the section. At the end of a

Horrible app
Do not waste your money. You’re better off searching for a Rick Steve’s áudio tour or anything else. App is unresponsive, no background audio, which means that the app must be open all the time to listen to the áudios and drain your phone battery.marilobo

Garbage app
This is such a scam app to steal your money. Why make a guide app and disable bluetooth. It disturbs other experience if you are walking around with the app on loudspeaker. Don’t waste your money on this.mayks7
DO NOT GET THE AUDIO GUIDE
There’s no Wi-Fi at the Alcazar. I had data but barely any service, making the app useless. I had to get an audio guide from the venue. You can’t use headphones…so everyone is just listening to the audio guide at full volume. It’s a horrible experience.mdibi531
