Things to work on in future:
•Sliders could be a bit better and longer - some people (myself included) regularly excercise up to four hours per day. Right now there’s a limiter at 60 minutes.
•Having a spot to put in the type of exercise would be helpful - not all exercises are created equal
•Some form of tracking spiritual health (mindfulness, meditation, yoga etc) would also be helpful.
•Am additional metric to be tracked - PMS in woman. How does PMS affect mental health? Is there a regular patter to this. Could be as simple as a box asking if on PMS or not.
