Great Start for a Great App
Love the simplicity, purpose and intention behind this app.
Great features
•Simple to use
•Bright colours
•Intuitive interface
Things to work on in future:
•Sliders could be a bit better and longer - some people (myself included) regularly excercise up to four hours per day. Right now there’s a limiter at 60 minutes.
•Having a spot to put in the type of exercise would be helpful - not all exercises are created equal
•Some form of tracking spiritual health (mindfulness, meditation, yoga etc) would also be helpful.
•Am additional metric to be tracked - PMS in woman. How does PMS affect mental health? Is there a regular patter to this. Could be as simple as a box asking if on PMS or not.

Simple but so powerful!
This is a great way to start tracking the key things that if not checked off can effect my state of mind. Please keep up the development, looking forward to see what functionality is added in the future!!
