New owners released a build that wiped out all the codes that were stored in the app. The restore option required a password which luckily I had, others were not so fortunate Useful features are now behind a paywall At this point all trust has been lost. It took a few hours to migrated to another app and reset all my auth codes. Pure greedShow lessDom inic

Hello there, The issue that occurred a couple of days ago was due to a problem with the storage containers. This issue has been completely fixed with the latest update. As you mentioned, if you had your keys backed up, you will be able to import them with 100% certainty. We are still working around the clock to analyze everything that happened, so this can never occur in the future. Locking basic (previously free) features cloud backup & import/export behind a paywall and deleted app state after an update with no warning, luckily I remembered my master password and had iCloud backup enabledTheAirBender
Was awesome, now terrible
There was no notice the app was moving to a paid model. It used to be an incredible app, then was “secretly” sold to an “unknown” company and then sat with no updates for a very long time. Now it updated, lost a ton of people’s info, and now you need to pay to use features. No thanks, time to find something else.Show lessjustinthegeek
This app is malware now
Since it was apparently sold to a company, Raivo now prevents exporting data and locks other features behind a ransom payment subscription. Others have been less lucky, and been unable to recover their data at all. Do not use this app! It is sadly malware now.legotomjr13
Steer clear
Was once wonderful then morphed into a piece of ransomware overnight with little warning. They reversed the issue but damage is done and trust has gone.

Updated and lost all my codes. On top of that, everytime you open the app it asks if you want to pay for a subscription.

“D” Move Ravio
You pulled a real “D” move Ravio. Force an update on users and then lock your customers out who don’t want to pay.
I get business and the need to make money, but not allowing customers in to delete their seeds is another “D” move. Other reputable companies would at least disable features and. It the entire app. At least I didn’t add any detailed info in other than basic seeds with info only I know where it goes.
