It’s ok I haven’t found anything wrong with with it and I haven’t had any problemsHad to use this app
The other one which is the newer one doesn’t work and I’m sick of the watch dying and then turning itself on. Just welcome. By. Welcome bye. Welcome. Bye. Like Jesus I wish I had never wasted my money on this watchGood until it went bad
Up until the other day I loved this watch now it’s stopped keeping track of any and everything especially my steps..Bad!
If I could give negative review I would. This app AND watch do not work. I bought it about a month ago and have been trying to get it to work. I’ve called the store and they told me they would not help me. I’ve looked online how to set it up and it did not work. I DO NOT recommend this to ANYONEDeveloper Response

People keep saying the products are worthless but they are great. I currently use the app and have a sports fitness watch. The app has yet to fail me and is doing great. Keep up the good work ITech.Awful App!!!!!
This is ABSOLUTELY THE WORSED APP IVE EVER EVER USED!!! My watch run down so I charged it and now it will not connect, I have spent hours and hours trying everything to reconnect and it won’t. I loved wearing it when it worked but now it’s just useless. I bought a watch from Dollar General that was way better than this!!!Show lessDeveloper Response

I like the watch for the most part. It counts my steps and syncs to the app good which is what I bought it for. My biggest pet peeve is that I can’t see the screen in the sunlight. Some other things I don’t like about it is: the history is not the greatest at saving or reviewing and not all my text messages come to the watch.Show lessDeveloper Response

Please make sure that your mobile device is locked, so the messages would come to your watch first instead to your phone. As for data, please make sure that you are transferring your collected data to your watch before 12 MN, as the watch will reset to another day and your previous day data will be erased. Its so bad i cannot get my dumb watch to connect it keeps saying search for device uggggh and then i tried the new app and same with that it would not even let me click the connect button THE WORST 😡😡😡😡😡So happy!

Now that the app is fixed (which is great) It wont let me connect to the watch.
