Crashing
Can’t open the app. Are you going to fix it? From other reviews I see that you have said you will, when will it be fixed?
Update: I returned the watch. I’m not waiting months to use it. According to the dates on other reviews, since November you’ve been saying you’ll fix this and it not fixed. Don’t waste your money or time on this and just get something else. This company is garbage.Show lessKatieKat419

Plz don’t buy I bought this watch and tried to connect to phone and wouldn’t connect then found out I was using the wrong app after downloading the right app (itech wearables) the app wouldn’t even open plz do not buy I will most likely be returning watch to storeTribepride1995

I got this product in may. It worked perfectly including the app. I tried to reset my watch last month and the app crashes and doesn’t even open.Aly Whitney
App crashes
I bought this watch and it’s completely worthless without the app the app crashes as soon as you open judging from other reviews this app has been screwed up for awhile and your developers are doing nothing to fix it. So as far as I’m concerned this is a way your company rips off your customers. Will never buy any of your products ever again and definitely will be spreading the word for people not to buy your products.Show lessbryanmel3640

I bought an I tech watch set for someone as a Christmas gift. Now I feel so stupid because it’s a gift they can’t get the full benefit from because the app will not open. Can you please tell me when this issue will be resolved? I see by all the reviews on the app in the App Store that this has been an ongoing issue for a while now so how much longer could it really take. If it isn’t fixed soon then there is a company basically just taking peoples money for no services rendered.Show lesscoffeekeepsmesane

Doesn’t open app

The app will not open for me, and when I emailed the company, it said the address does not exist. I’ve had this app before and it worked great. I reinstalled it, and it won’t open at allI<3 BTS

Failed app
The app is a bust it downloads fine but won’t open as soon as I click the app from the Home Screen it starts up and try’s to open you see the first screen with the watches then it closes the app and fails returning to the Home Screen ... has this happened to anyone else? I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling tried opening the app from the store I’ve turn my phone on and off not sure what else to do anyone if anyone has an TV suggestions id appreciate it thanksShow lessthepusha420
