I downloaded the app on two different phones and the app doesn’t open there’s something wrong with the app it crashes before it even goes to a main screen The watch is useless without the appKeithcanada

I have an 8 year old that is devastated that her new watch doesn’t work. This was one of her Christmas presents that she really wanted badly. Come on tech support the reviews show this has been going on for a long time... stop with the excuses and apologies and fix the app!Count David G

Hi there. I understand how you feel. I'm so sorry for the trouble this has caused you. This has already been fixed. If you reinstall the app, it should work like usual and you should be able to pair your watch to it. Please let us know how it all goes after reinstalling by emailing at us reviews@itechwearables.com.Awful!
I’m not one to write reviews, but this one deserves one! I got this watch for Christmas and was super excited but when I try to connect open the app IT DOES NOT OPEN!!!! It’s freaking irritating and deserves to all be thrown away if it isn’t going to work!!! I see that other people have the same issue, so either fix it or close your business down! App Keeps Crashing
Got this as a Christmas present. Downloaded the app and the app keeps crashing. I’ve deleted and re-downloaded multiple times to no avail. I suppose it makes a nice paperweight, but without the app and supported functions I don’t have much use for the watch. I bought 2 of these ITech Sports for my daughters for Christmas and I can’t even get them set up! Every time you open the app it just crashes!!! This was the worse money I have spent! I’ll be returning these next and going back to the real Fitbits!!!Hot567899075

This app haven’t been working for a while now and don’t see it getting fixed anytime soon I had this product for a min and it’s ok but I will be deleting the app and throwing away my product since I can’t use it 😡afig91
