Reviews of eGuthrie

  • Easy to use

I love this app for communicating with my providers and looking at records, test results and appointments. They also make it very easy to add upcoming appointments to your calendar. Love the care I receive from them and the app adds another layer to that care.
  • Disappointed

The only person I have not had difficulty reaching and receiving an answer from is my regular doctor Eric Phillips. In early January 2024 I made two attempts thru eGuthrie to contact my care team in cardiology reporting that I was having palpitations again, like she had previously advised me to do. On two separate occasions I requested that someone in cardiology contact me for an appointment. To this date, no one has answered my request. On Thursday February 1st, I called the Guthrie main number, prescription line and requested a new prescription for CPAP supplies. I also sent a prescription request on eGuthrie. Neither i nor my supplier has heard anything from Tammy Copp’s office. I cannot receive the supplies until a new prescription is written and submitted. This system does not work unless someone answers!
  • Works somewhat

I like being able to contact my PCP through eGuthrie, but:

    - The text box is too short to contain a week’s worth of observation data (BP, heart rate, med side effect logs). I need a way to submit log files.

    - I cannot update dosages of meds / vitamins in eGuthrie. For example, a urogynecologist recommended cutting out the daily vitamin C dose in the evening, but I can’t make that change and, as she no longer appears in my provider list, I can’t ask her to.

    - Specialist providers may or may not appear in my provider list. For example, a urologist I saw 2 years ago is still listed, but the audiologist, the counselor I see monthly, and the occupational therapist I see weekly are not. How can I contact them?
