When you apply for health insurance through the NY State of Health (NYSOH) marketplace, you may need to provide supporting documents to complete your application. With the NYSOH Mobile App, you can take a picture of your documents, or choose a photo of your documents from your device’s album, and upload it to your account. The NYSOH Mobile App now also allows you to view your eligibility and enrollment dates, program information, and more. The NYSOH Mobile App is quick and easy to use. Following a simple log in from your phone or tablet, you can choose to upload a document to your account or navigate to your account overview to view your account information.   • NOT WORKING

    Everytime I try to open this app. It tells me oops something went wrong wrong. Try back again later I have never been able to open this app. I have downloaded it. I have canceled. It tried to download it again. It’s still will not open. It refuses to open or operate at all. I am on an iPhone. My software is updated. The iOS is updated there. There’s no reason why this shouldn’t open.

    My daughter still does not have health insurance due to lack of communication from the provider. Says to upload documents but is not specified what exact documents are needed. When calling to address this issue I’m on hold and being told wrong information.
