Broken app
Can’t open app. Have redownloaded a few times, but for two weeks now the app simply doesn’t load
Leaves a lot to be desired
No choice to remain signed in or to use the native security of the device (like a face scan) Fonts are all over the place for size, weight, color Many elements are not fully responsive on smaller phones Unclear how or if this content relates to the web portal Docs submitted via app (and receipt confirmed by email) seem un-viewable to the operators on the phone and continue to trigger notifications re:missing documentation In a time when there are plenty of skilled designers and developers to choose from it seems like the NY state of health team choose the cheapest A shame is not federal and potential target for DOGE

Why this App is not open In My cell
NOT WORKING
Everytime I try to open this app. It tells me oops something went wrong wrong. Try back again later I have never been able to open this app. I have downloaded it. I have canceled. It tried to download it again. It’s still will not open. It refuses to open or operate at all. I am on an iPhone. My software is updated. The iOS is updated there. There’s no reason why this shouldn’t open.

I was really trying to get this up but it didn’t work for me
Documents and access
My daughter still does not have health insurance due to lack of communication from the provider. Says to upload documents but is not specified what exact documents are needed. When calling to address this issue I’m on hold and being told wrong information.

Fix login text fields please
Can’t paste, can’t access keychain or anything similar, can’t use QuickType, etc
Not efficient
Disab keeps crashing when I’m trying to upload multiple documents. The individual upload won’t take any more than two pictures at a time. This is taking hours to do because it keeps crashing very highly frustrating.
