This new app has taken everything I liked about the old app and made it difficult. The app is not user friendly. Information is too spread out and requires multiple steps to get to the information you need. Writing up changes takes longer now that you have to search the entire inventory to find a single characters costume piece. The old app was simple, streamlined and all the important information was found in the same place. A completely new app was a terrible idea, they should have just added to what was already working. I hope they don’t delete the old app!

Not conducive to set at all

Everything on this new app takes incredibly long to do! There is are 10 steps to doing just one thing. It’s honestly just a waste of time now. I’m having to revert back to paper copies of things cause it’s more convenient at this point.

Awful, awful, awful

This app is awful!! When I heard Sync was updating, I thought it would mean that you would be able to do things the app like you would on the desktop, which I was looking forward to. But this new update makes ZERO SENSE. For starters, there’s absolutely no rhyme or reason the the organization of the cast/character sorting, so instead my #1 is at the bottom of the list, but #22 is at the top. You can’t access changes through the main page of the app, and instead have to go through a labyrinth to even find the changes. The photos for each cast are in a gallery on their cast page, but good luck trying to access it. This app looks like project of a graphic design rookie who didn’t bother to test the whole thing before releasing it.

Worst update ever

They’ve taken away so many options that were easily accessible previously and added 10 more steps to do anything.
How is this better? The navigation for the app doesn’t make sense anymore and it is not easier to add changes by going into the scene.
