Audio issues
If you trying to use a camera with audio this is not the right application for it. Audio is so low and there’s no volume control. And You can’t connect this app to any Bluetooth headset.Lonestaar82
Waste of money.
It will not stay connected to Wi-Fi. Then it lost the password 4 times. Kept have to delete the device and reinstall it. Worked every time I reinstalled it but as soon as I left the app and tried to get back on, I had to start over again. Don’t waste your time or your money.Indyblast
Really buggy

Waste of money
I can’t even comment on how well the camera works because I can’t connect it to wifi. I followed all instructions and it’s a piece of junk. What made it worse is I bought 3 of them and none of them will connect! I tried calling the support phone number and it can’t be connected to. Any place you find the word help on the app it doesn’t connect to anything. I think it’s a scam. I wrote to the company and we will see if they respond.Show lessplerner56
Very easy once you get logged on
I’ve used this app for over a year now it’s a very efficient and easy flowing setup.
The system works very simple it’s a one push button record system
It has dropped out a few times but only because of a bad Wi-Fi signal in the local area
Other than that this is a great app and very easy to use I like how it is there one button push download system as well very easy to cross over and store on your PCShow lessDmokid77
Decent when it works
The overall app is pretty decent with ok controls, easy navigation, and ok layout, BUT it rarely works, extremely difficult to connect to the network, loses connection 99% of the time, simply doesn’t work properly 99% of the time, and constantly acts like it’s trying to connect to eventually get that dreaded, “Device Offline” error. I’m planning to research to find an app that actually works with my camera, even if it’s 50% of the time. Modern technology is only good when it works and this app renders my camera useless and a throw away at best. Hopefully the developer will figure it out, get the bugs fixed, and strive to achieve at least 4 stars on the typical review.Show lessMrh2118
Not good
This product should not be on the market. It doesn’t have a single more than a few feet from the camera. The it doesn’t connect to the WiFi 9 times out of ten. It doesn’t record more than a couple minutes. Dose anyone know an app that can pick up any camera because this camera’s app is horrible!Show lesssupermantgh
Worse app and worst product ever

App keeps crashing
Since the July 2021 update the app keeps crashing after being open a few minutes. Some features do not work like motion detection. The night vision is grainy. Overall it decent. But Definitely needs some work and to be smoke tested before releasing fixes to customers to make sure new bugs aren’t being introduced.Show lessiPad iOS7.0.1 issue
Avoid!!!!
When downloading this app and connecting to WiFi I immediately had issue with home WiFi and all smart devices… suspect this app is a Trojan Horse
Had to restore all my devices before I could get anything back to normal.Spongebobhott
