Worthless App makes the cam a waste of Money
Wish I could have known this was the app needed for the smart charger cam I bought. The app is ridiculous. First graders could make a better and more reliable app. What a waste of time, energy, and money!!HF01
Cam app shutting down
Would like to know why the app keeps closing down after about 10mins this has started happening after the push notification for motion detection was sorted out.Dave w pu

- Can’t set alarms for overnight, when doing so it says “start time must be lower than end time”
- Notifications are inconsistent. Sometimes days will go by, while there is movement, and I get no notifications. Almost seems like there is a quota as to how many notifications I get each month. This wouldn’t be an issue if the first issue I noted above would get fixed.Show lessDr. Manteca

Great concept. Glitchy product.
My current issue. There have been many. Is that it says it’s connected and when I try to view video the app crashes. I’ve deleted device and app and reinstalled to no availgjctjx
Upgrade app
Needs to update this app. Files content must be latest recording first. There must be “Delete all” option when deleting files and messages. App must be instantly open when clicking notification. Infrared not working as well.4everMegz
Worthless
This app stops logging your videos so you’re not able to review them. It will log into the file section but then will stop and you can’t get it to restart. The camera will go offline and won’t reconnect no matter what you do (reboot camera, reboot app, etc.) This app makes your security camera worthless therefore making the app worthless.Show lessLRCali
Push Notifications

Needs some updates.
Ok upped the rating to 4 from 3 because finally fingered out how to save from app the phone. For those struggling like me, download the clip you want to save, then go to photos at the bottom of the screen. Then once you select the downloaded clip in there long press on it until it gives you the option to save and it will save to your phones photo album.
Push notifications don’t work
-motion detection still needs an update please! It will record on motion detection but will continue to record clips infinitely even though there is no more motion. (Found out this was the camera not the app so motion detection is good)
-also the IR schedule needs to be updated to be able to start the IR at a time higher than the end. For example I can not tell it to start IR mode at 9pm and end at 8am.

Fix it please
No push notifications!!! Does not record halftime and when it does it is blank. Constantly bugging. Can someone fix or update the app. Using IPhone with the latest iOS.Aivaras Norkus
