  • Details matter

    I made a card pymt today, and everything was fine and efficient. When I first reached the payment selection “page”, and as I was about to click on my choice, a “popup” showed asking me to rate my experience. Well, at that moment I had no “experience”, … yet; so, I closed that request and proceeded to make my payment which, as I said, was quick and efficient. Consequently, having had the experience in question, the above assessment is for your consideration.

  • Security Standards at their Best

    My husband and I have been Farmers & Merchant customers for 48 years. We appreciate that F&M was a-bit slower than some banking institutions jumping into offering full online banking services. We appreciate F&M’s highest standards of integrity in protecting our assets. The App is basically a mini version of the website so there is no re-learning in how to navigate its use. I am particularly happy knowing I have the best most safe trustworthy and easy way to send and receive money with Zelle. I highly recommend F&M’s brick and mortar banking and the app. Staff is professional, personable, polite, and best of all F&M feels like family.

  • Thoughts About the FMB App

    I’ve been using your app for about 6 months. I am very satisfied. It has many features that my credit union app doesn’t have. I use both regularly.

    Suggestion: On the “Linked Accounts” (from other credit unions/banks), please provide a total amount for the deposits @ each institution. I’m still needing to get out my calculator to add them up. Help me, please!

  • Love This Bank

    I have been an account holder for almost 40 years, I love this bank. They treat their customers well. Love the app too… easy to use and so convenient! Customer service is awesome, their fraud department is on it!!! Can’t say enough good things about this So Cal treasure!
  • Convenient but doesn’t work as well as the website

    On my iPad and phone the pay bill portion doesn’t list the payee properly. Instead it gives the “note” that I’ve given the payee. This makes it difficult to make sure you are sending the payment to the right person/business.
  • All is good BUT Bill pay is very hard to navigate

    Bill pay as it was in the previous application was simple and transparent and easy to navigate! I could change things easily, I could see which bills had not been paid, I had a nice long list to the right side of all of the bills showing what I had paid in the last few months and the amounts…I hope you go back to the previous set up I would welcome it and then I would also be able to give you five stars

  • I Love my bank!!

    F&M was where I deposited my very first paycheck when I was just 15 years old!
    I’ve watched them grow and expand in more ways than one. I am very proud to be a longtime customer of 40+ years! Oh, and if you’re ever in downtown Long Beach, please stop in at the Pine Avenue branch and admire the beauty of the interior and exterior of their original building. You will be pleasantly surprised.

  • Makes life easier!

    This app is very easy to use and helps make my life so much easier!
  • F&M App

    I was always old school and went into the bank or drive through for all transactions. I’m a big proponent of online banking now and having the app with its various functionalities is great and a big time saver, especially now that I’ve moved out of state.

    Do you need to link the visa account with the rest of the bank accounts. Similar to Bank of America.
