This bank is the most trusted bank I’ve ever experienced. They have saved me thousands of dollars in fraud charges. When it doesn’t look or feel right, they call me. And you always know the name of the person calling you. Best bank, best employees IN THE WORLD!!

I have been an account holder for almost 40 years, I love this bank. They treat their customers well. Love the app too… easy to use and so convenient! Customer service is awesome, their fraud department is on it!!! Can’t say enough good things about this So Cal treasure!<3Gayle
Good app, works well
App works well for me. I have not used the app for transactions yet, but the app makes it easy to keep track of balances as well as check recent transactions (e.g. recent ATM withdrawals), checks written, etc. The app interface looks good on iPadOS too. I can’t imagine using this on a tiny phone screen.Show lessScatterbling

F&M always provides the best service, both online, and in person. No matter what the need, i always get answers for my banking issues. Seems like most of my lifelong friends bank with F$M Bank. So many people in Long Beach bank with F&M…..i run into friends at the bank all the time. If you need a bank to fill all of your needs, i believe F&M is your answer. Works well. I’d like the "Net Worth" chart to go to 5 years, rather than just one year, and their credit card summary should reflect payments immediately. Currently, I paid my credit card off four days ago, and it’s not reflecting the payment properly.
