Not User friendly
The routing number should be on the home page so you don’t have to hunt for it. I also looked for my account number and all the site would give me are the last four numbers. Not useful at all. Who knows what other basic information I’ll search for in the future and not find.KeekerAngel
All is good BUT Bill pay is very hard to navigate
Bill pay as it was in the previous application was simple and transparent and easy to navigate!
I could change things easily,
I could see which bills had not been paid,
I had a nice long list to the right side of all of the bills showing what I had paid in the last few months and the amounts…I hope you go back to the previous set up I would welcome it and then I would also be able to give you five starsShow lessandi joyce

Mobile app works and looks the same as going online with the computer. Never crashes. Love it!BA hater

So thankful for such a great bank and now such a great app. Having a smaller bank where I am personally known has helped me achieve financial goals. This app is so impressive, as if it were a huge nationwide bank app. Thanks F&M!!Big spender :)

I’ve watched them grow and expand in more ways than one. I am very proud to be a longtime customer of 40+ years! Oh, and if you’re ever in downtown Long Beach, please stop in at the Pine Avenue branch and admire the beauty of the interior and exterior of their original building. You will be pleasantly surprised.
