Declined but still charged
My order did not go through as it said my card was declined. There are no issues with the card or account so I tried again. Still said declined. Ordered through another delivery service; however, days later I see I was charged, $68. Used email provided on the app. Emailed twice still no response. I will not use the app again if this is not corrected.

Doesn’t accept my Visa debit card
I have even asked the location about this and they don’t know. I have tried multiple times to order through the app and it never accepts my card. Then I go in and I use the same card and it works just fine. I wish you would get this solved. That is why people have apps so that they can order ahead of time.

Does the bare minimum
Yeah it orders ahead and you can get online exclusive rewards, but apparently the “Special Instructions” box for the order does not even work (the employees do not see it) and was a hassle to connect my old account on my e-mail with my phone number.
It’d be so easy to just hire some team to fix these glitches and to add more customization for orders, so it’s a mediocre app.

App is limited use, rarely works
Love the product in store but use of the app is very limited and rarely works. Hope they improve app functionality, just logging in sometime is a challenge. I would definitively order pick-up more frequently but the app and their website rarely function.
Açaí day
You run a promotion without enough staff to handle it. First the app was a mess and after we get all our orders in it states our location which it asks for first was closed. So we decided to just go over on our lunch. The line was 25 people deep and only 4 people working After all that we had to leave since we only get a 45 min lunch Very disappointed!

Frustrated
I have repeatedly tried to use this app to no avail. I am logged in with proper card information and the app has not once placed an order. I tried resetting my password to see if that was the problem--nope. No email. There isnt even a phone number for me to call to get help with this issue. I can only order in store and I'm so so frustrated.

Rewards Feature Doesn’t Work
I’ve had a rewards account with PlayaBowls associated with my phone number for years, but when I try to link it to my email using the app for registration it tells me my account already exists, but when I try to reset my password it says I don’t have an account. It also tells me to contact support, but there’s no option of method to contact support provided. Neverending, nonfunctional loop.

Sends endless text messages that are misleading
Playa bowls kept sending me messages saying, download the app and get $3 off! They neglect to say: download the app so that you have the chance to earn points that will eventually lead to three dollars off. The playa bowls themselves are great but the app and the marketing is false and misleading
Verify Phone Won’t Work
I love Playa Bowl. I was using the app consistently and then one day it asked for me to verify my phone number. I sent my phone number over and it’s now been months of me submitting my number and it not going through.
I really hope this gets fixed. Based on app user feedback below, I am not the only one having this error.

The app would be great if it worked.
I have an account with PB. Every time I try the app it tells me to verify my phone number. I verify and then am told there is an email address associated with the account and I have to log in with email. I login with email and am told I have to verify the phone number. And there I go in an endless circle.
