  • Customer support too slow and not useful

    Every time I have an issue (it happened twice in the first few days of downloading this app), I send a message, the reply arrives too late to be relevant and the response is not useful or beside the point. I feel that people don’t read the question properly. I am new to miio and I am already having a very poor user experience with your app.

  • Very difficult to navigate. Other apps for this functions are much easier.

    Avoid it.
  • Some chargers work and some don’t.

    We have wasted a lot of our trip driving around looking for chargers and some don’t work with the app. Sometimes it stops charging and doesn’t automate add $$ to our account. Don’t rent an electric car in Portugal
  • Taking a very long time to invoice

    4 days after charge still no invoice, makes me a little nervous so using IONITY chargers until I see Miio can complete a transaction.
  • Highway Robbery!!!

    Sadly, absolutely shameless highway robbery! For a charging session that used 8.1 kWh and resulted in charging of 7.7 kW (Tezlab app) they have the audacity to charge €12.50! This is completely contrary to the display at the charging station that says the rate is <€0.19 per kilowatt hour, or less than €1.60 for 8.1 kWh. I will now delete my account and the shameless app.

  • Can’t activate charging station

    Be aware that the app was not able to activate any charging station when I was in vacation in Portugal and customer service will not answer for that kind of emergency. In fact, I sent 2 emails about this and I am still waiting on an answer. If you travel, do not choose an electric car and rely on Miio or if you don’t have a set up already in place to activate the charging stations. You could ruin you vacation!

  • Have been unable to use the card!

    After 9 months with the card, I have been able to use it whether in Portugal or abroad!
    The charging stations I park close to don’t accept the card, e.g. Leroy Merlin store in Loule. I also ran into defective stations or even abandoned ones.. not pleased!

    Puxei a app e carreguei com 20€ para carregar num carregador específico. Esse carregador aparece na app. No entanto, segundo o apoio ao cliente, esse carregador, apesar de aparecer listado na app, não é activado através deste serviço. Sinto-me enganado e burlado dos 20€ com que carreguei a app.
