Users are allowed to input books therefore there are multiples of the same book with no rhyme or reason - does not state if it’s a new edition etc. It’s just confusing! Also scanning ISBN numbers then leads you to the right book with the wrong cover - not that it matters to me at all - but again allowing others to input books, covers etc leads to information not matching and a lot of unnecessary duplicates. It does not help me when I’m trying to take stock of all the books I do have so it’s been deleted. I tried twice and these issues are just as frustrating the second time over.Show lessFJeffs
Perfect Library
This is the perfect app to manage books. I’m not sure if it does cloud back up but you can manually export your file as a CSV and re import it when you move to a new phone.
The app itself is great for categorising your books, setting reading goals and managing your collection. A truly awesome appM25957

I have nearly 1,000 picture books for my office library and have tried every type of cataloging system- by subject, alphabetical by title, or alphabetical by author. I still struggled to find the book quickly when I needed it. I would also buy multiple copies not knowing I already had the book on my shelf. Now I’ve sorted the books by spine color and created a shelf in the app for each color. It was quick to log all of my books with the batch scan feature. Now I just look up the title or author and the app will tell me which color section I can find it. Great job!!!!Show lessMrsruff618

I demo'd about a dozen similar apps but nothing compared to what I found in this app. I'm a professional organizer so I need to quickly sort books without reading the inside cover every single time. This app is quick, efficient and concise for sorting.
Other times I need to set up a client's library in the app. It is easy to create the client's account, scan and go.
If you're an avid reader/collector but don't always remember what you already own you can carry your library in your pocket. Customer service was very responsive when I had a quick question.

I rarely leave reviews for apps- even the ones I like and use all the time. But rarely does an app leave me so impressed as this one has. So I had to leave a review!
As a homeschooling family, one of our state requirements is to keep a list of all reading material we use throughout the school year. I thought about just saving all my library receipts- but let’s face it- who can keep track of those little pieces of paper. So I thought I would start a spreadsheet. But it was going to be time consuming. If only there was an app that I could just scan the book and it would upload all the info! Well- this is it. But the customizable book shelves let’s me separate per child. It lets me record start and end date of the book. It lets me add multiple times reading the book. I can review the book in my library to know whether or not it’s a book we liked or didn’t like. And best of all. Any time I want, I can export to a csv file and have that spreadsheet right at my fingertips!!!

A few months ago, I downloaded five or six different apps all for the purpose of helping me organize my reading. I wanted to sort books by 1) what I was currently reading, 2) what I intended to read soon, 3) books I’d read in the recent past, and 3) a backlog of books, mostly nonfiction, that I found interesting or helpful in some way. I also wanted to sort material by either fiction or nonfiction, and I wanted an app that was easy and intuitive to use, that would allow me flexibility in how I catalogued my reading. Within a week, I deleted all the other apps I downloaded, except for this one. This one was the obvious keeper. Checked every box. I’ll be using it for years, maybe forever, as long as it remains free. Awesome app. (Side note: If I ever streamline my phone and delete all my extraneous, time-wasting apps, I will not be deleting this one.)Show lessJosh Gyllenhaal

This app is amazing! I would give 5 stars but I just downloaded it, and there are small quality of life changes I’d love to see. This is it, finally found an app that does exactly what I want for my use case. I have an extensive manga collection, and I like collecting full series not just a book here and there. So I create a new book shelf for each series. What I would really wish for is the ability to add a book from within a bookshelf, rather than adding the book and having to scroll through all the bookshelves to find the right one. There are some other small things, but overall I’m very happy with this app!Show lessSage N.
Beautiful
This app is beautiful. I’ve been looking for one that is simple enough to use efficiently, yet has many options. I love being able to make different shelves for borrowed books, or for books I read as part of a book club. I like that I can keep track of how many pages I’ve read and what date I started and finished reading the book. You can keep track of how many copies you have, whether your book is signed or not, when and where you bought it, and for how much. I also really like the search bar function when I’m at a book store and a title sounds so familiar but I can’t remember if I have it or not. With a few quick taps, I can check if the book is in my collection or needs to be added. This app is perfect.Show lessjuliiebabiie

I’ve previously tried other apps to organise my reading lists, owned books and wish list books but always found apps lacking until this one! I can create my own ‘shelves’ to organise my books, mark books as completed and leave myself notes. Unlike other apps I have managed to list all my books (which I keep adding to) without any ridiculous limit on the number of books allowed. Scanning ISBNs is quick and accurate, searching by title or author is just as efficient. I cannot thank the developers enough for making this app such a pleasure to use.Show lessWantingPeace
