Love the pizza and the app
We really like that they have great tasting gluten free pizza. The app makes it super easy to order and has been working great for us, however today we noticed that the hours are wrong for the location we are ordering from, so it’s not allowing a future pick up. Thankfully this hasn’t been an issue previously.

The pizza is pretty good. One of the best in our area, but the quality is different from store to store. The app can be a little confusing to use at first, but you get used to it. The problem I have is that the app will tell me my order will be ready in 2 hours, which is ridiculous in itself, but the store will deliver anywhere from 45 mins to 2 hours and you can never know which it will be. I don’t have time for that kind of inconsistency.

Good pizza but missing something
I really like your pizza. It’s fresh and delicious. My only concern is on your daily specials. These specials aren’t in the menu. So I took a photo of the weekly special board. There is nothing on it to tell you the cost of the specials. If that information had been included, I would have given you 5 stars!

Great app
Been using this app for awhile and it’s great. Haven’t had any technical problems whatsoever and it’s easy to order and use. I’m also happy to support local businesses.
Works great! Sometimes.
Last time I tried to use the app it kept adding my new order to a previous order. I finally just phoned it in. Now I’m trying to place an order to pickup. It won’t accept my order because I don’t live in the delivery area. Huh? I’m wanting to pick it up. No place to choose that option. I guess I’ll need to phone again… Flying Pie.

Solid, but missing key feature.
App is pretty solid, but not being able to track the status of a placed order is a feature that should definitely be added.

Great Functionality
They put a lot of effort into this app, and it shows. I also appreciate the rewards feature! Money off the best pizza around? Yes, please!
Consistently User-Friendly
As far as food ordering apps go, this one is remarkable reliable and easy to use. I haven’t had any issues or glitches while using it. The only thing they should add is are real-time updates for the delivery. I receive a notification that my order was received but don’t receive updates beyond that. I also think the menu should add as an ordering option, sides of red sauce. :)
