Where’s my pizza
I’m only giving it a 2 star and not a 1 star just because I haven’t gotten a chance to taste the pizza yet, so I’m giving it the benefit of the doubt. I ordered my pizza on the app and it said it wails be here in 90 minutes... after the 90 minutes had passed and no pizza I called the store 20 minutes after the time it said it would be delivered. When I called the store and asked about my pizza the person answering said let me check... (while waiting on hold I heard the person in the background say “I don’t have that ticket”. The guy got back on the line and told me that my pizza just just about to go into the oven. (Seriously?!!!?!!) now it has been 2 1/2 hours since I have ordered my pizza and it is still not here.Show lessGabeWishesHisPizzaWasHere

App works fine, wilsonville location consistently takes twice as long to make order. Last 3 times I went there they didn’t even put my pizza in the oven until I got there 40 minutes after ordering itraba7712
Good app , could use some improvements
Excellent food , the app has a good selection of what Bellagios has to offer . But I would recommend the app be more interactive. To be able to place an order and be able to check the orders progress and be able to better determine the delivery time would be helpful .Sissylala77
A very good app.
For a pizza place this is a very good app and I would call it great if I could figure out how use my rewards on here. In most other aspects the app is clean well made and easy to use. I can place place an order on the app quicker then calling in to the restaurant.Fan986
Out of delivery range on app but not website
Not sure if this is something anyone else has run into. I just downloaded the app to try ordering on tonight. The app is honestly great and well made and thoughtful, however the app considers me out of range? I live about a mile from the downtown location and have ordered from it many times through the website. I’d like to use the app in the future but this is a huge flaw so I guess I’ll delete the app. Womp womp.Show lessaauubbss

Love ordering on their app. It is so easy. And the pizza is delicious and hot even when delivered! The delivery is always spot on time and if there is ever any question about the order they call to verify. I just love Bellagios!marathonmardie
