I love the Bellagios app., the pizza and salads. Compared to other un-named pizza apps yours is the best!! It’s user friendly, easy to change a previous order, add or take away things to your pizza or salad.
If I order from other pizza apps. Which I very rarely do, it is a struggle to add what you want or remove an item. I usually end up having to call and listen to 5 minutes of their commercials.
Thank you Bellagios and don’t forget the artichokes on my salad this time plZ.

Use UberEats Instead
Use UberEats to order from them. I specifically downloaded this app to give more money to the business but the delivery drivers are unwilling to deliver to any apartment complex with an elevator. They will leave it on the first floor then collect the tip that you entered (can’t be altered afterwards if they do a bad job.) Don’t give this business extra money to be lazy. Use a food delivery app instead if you live in downtown Portland. Also, this has happened 3 times so it’s not just one driver that is the problem.Show lessDawn Anne

Really easy to use app!
I really enjoy using this app to order our Friday night pizzas! It’s easy to navigate and I love how them give you an update on when you’re pizza(s) will arrive! I also love how the location you order from will call you if there are any problems, updates, etc! Overall great app and great pizza!Sticky note for a note
‘Future’ option doesn’t work
The ‘Future’ option for delivery does not work in the app, at least for the Tigard location. It will only allow ASAP delivery. I love your pizza and salads, but I have to use the online ordering on your website, which is very slow, because of this glitch. Please fix this! Thank you. Best pizza!
Bellagios is real good quality pizza. I could eat this every other day for like a month then get over it so I don’t. Now what I mean by quality is that the ingredients are a lot more real than some other chain pizzerias and I feel a lot better the next day when eating bellagios. The other places put me on the thrown 3 to 4 times the next day for about 20 min and I can’t get work done, not to mention the constant gut wrenching pain for 20 sec out of nowhere when ever! That’s pretty much the main reason I choose bellagios, and they do taste better than most places. And the app is easy to use as well.Show lesskingme880
A little clunky
The app is not as intuitive as one would hope. It’s sometimes hard to find what you want. Their options are not typical of other pizza places which is fine, except when there are common types most people want (like Hawaiian or a version of that) and it’s simply not available. The quality of ingredients is good, which makes it frustrating that a common pizza request like Hawaiian isn’t an option unless you build it yourself which increases the price. This pizza place is already on the higher end so having to customize a common request is frustrating and cost prohibitive. Flavors are good, crust is good, ingredients are good quality. Better updates
All we get is a time the pizza is getting there an app with more updates like when the driver is leaving and stuff like that would make it so much better. The pizza is always late from the initial delivery time which is fine. I would prefer updates to know when the pizza is going to get to my house.Show lessbellagiosstinks
