Great pizza, convenient app
One problem I had was I started to order when no more orders were being accepted and found out at the end of the process which was not convenient. I don’t know if that is fixed. Anyway, great pizza.kevbob

App Review
Most of the bad reviews arent even about the App. the app works smooth and well: there did not seem to be an option to use my electronic apple wallet: you tip when placing the order, not after receiving it: there is no option for a location check in for curbside pickup through the app, it requires a phonecall: not every location is the same, though the app carries the franchise name; and can be easily held accountable for the whole experience overall.Show lessRiver's iCloud (Nickname)
Easy to Use
I love Bellagios Pizza, and the fact that they have an app that makes it so easy to order it instead of having to use post mates or Uber is just the best thing. It has a simple design, a reward system, and they’re always accurate with their orders.Quintecense

One update
The ETA is way off on the app usually 20-30 minutes behind. A tracker would make the app a 5 and also help you stay on track for orders. Worst thing you can do is put a time up and make people wait. I’d rather know it’s going to be an hour and a half than keep on waiting for 20-30 minutes Bc it’s the same time regardless. Hope you can improve this Bc pizza is legit.Show lessTT11234567
Not bad, not good. Just no love in their pies.
It’s hard to write a positive review when the best one can say is “it’s not as bad” as xyz.
Not very cheesy-you can opt in for extra cheese for a additional $1.25 on the small I ordered.
Never hot (even when I was house sitting 3 blocks away and ordered.) My home delivery today was less than 4 easy miles. (No high traffic). My Caesar was limp, mostly light green, more core ribs than leaf.
The best I can say is staff is friendly, helpful and hardworking. I wish they had a better product to stand behind.Show lessPurzy cat

Lovely app, spectacular pizza!
As a longtime fan of Bellagio’s Pizza, I was stoked to see a dedicated app! Especially during quarantine, I’d rather my money go directly to the restaurant and the driver than the delivery app companies, so I’m thankful for this. The app is thoughtfully designed, works extremely well, and I love the addition of the points system. The only changes I would love to see would be a live tracker (more of a luxury than a necessity) and some more colorful, engaging graphic design.Show lessCookingUtensil
Amazing Pizza
I have been constantly impressed. We moved from New York and missed pizza as a main staple in our diet. Bellagios is down the street from us and we are so glad. While nothing will compare to a NY pie, this place makes makes sure we are satisfied in our pizza venture! 🍕hellobknyc
