Incorrect Scan Results
So, I took a scan and received incorrect lean and fat percentages. My body fat is almost 40%, and yet the scans insists I am below 18%. I even took a 2nd scan 2 weeks later under the exact same conditions, time and diet. Same results. HUGE ERROR! They claim these machines are medical accurate. They are not! A waste of time and money.
These results are worthless to me if they are not accurate within a given percentage. A 20% difference is not acceptable.
Even better is the fact they have not answered my support inquiries regarding this matter. Given the cost of these machine, in the thousands of dollars each, you would think good customer support would be included.Show lessOld Man Umby

This app needs updating
When an app won’t allow people to register or sign up and log in, there’s a major problem that needs correcting. Several posts mention difficultly logging in and one mentioned they have an iPhone. I have an iPhone XS, released right before the 11 and I can’t log in. Requested new password link and received, but only get error message when trying to reset password. App issues
App kicks me off every time telling me my password is wrong. I have trouble changing the password because you have to request to change it every time and then it only lets me on one time per password change. ????Mommie911
Crashes
App crashes EVERY SINGLE TIME I try to login. So it's pretty much worthless. My app interface is also in complete text script so I think it's glitched on the iphone12. I've redownloaded the app so many times but nothing changes. Seems to work perfectly fine on my friend's iPhone 10 though. So something about this app IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH IPHONE12Show lessjustsum1
Used to love it…
I have used the evolt app for a while now because I can get scans at my gym. The information is so helpful but trying to access it on the app is impossible lately. It crashes every time I try to log in and I can’t access my information from past scans. I really liked it when it was working but too many bugs lately. Please fix!!!Show lessChrissyT20
App not functioning
For the past 2 days I haven’t been able to log into my app on my iPhone 12. When I put in my user name and password, the app shuts down. I can’t access my data. Also when I open the app, it looks weird. Please fix the bug. I have restarted the app and my phone and it is still not functioning.Nkenwanyi
Can’t login
