Not working, keeps crashing
If there was ever a company that managed to deliver a product that had highest rate of failure is this company. It fails without exception. At least they are consistent in delivering non-working app.Alex Dorandish

Exclusive in this app: - saves all 4 videos in a single video with time stamp - detects humans using AI - shows location of Sentry even t on a map - allows you to see all 4 videos next to each other on your device (vs sitting in the car and browsing them)Useless
The App crashed. Despite shutting it and reloading it now doesn’t even open on my iPhone so is completely useless. Waste of money unfortunately. Pleased others are getting it to function but I cannot.Robsenga

Works really well to view dash cam or sentry videos. Just make sure you read the description of app and have the right usb stick. :)davsbrander
ixpand doesn’t work
Works perfectly even with the new ixpand usb stick from Sandisk. No computer needed. Goes straight in to the phone to review the sentry clips. So easy to do, no computer needed. Did I say this already haha.cantalinni

Update: App crashes been fixed. So far so good. Hope it will update to show 4 screens with the new v10 software upgrade from Tesla that also records back camera video.

Update soon?
Hi will there be an update soon for software v10? Mine has stopped working because of new folder structure and can’t see new rear cam view. Thanks for a great app otherwise!Carokel7
