Lot to be desired. Not a premium app.
I was excited to see another product by this developer so went out and got myself the right flash drive. Now I’m left with disappointment. It was priced as a premium app but lacks premium features.
First the USB drive itself is not very good. It needs to disconnect your WiFi and connect to WiFi broadcasted by the USB drive. Also the USB drive can not be in use when being accessed or it will show no files. When there is no files - the app seems to crash which is annoying. (iPhone X)
When it does work - it is slow to access files for playback. The UI is not very friendly - maybe some kind of full screen menu with the date and time would be better but what it has now is an overlay at the bottom half of the screen and it’s annoying to use.
I didn’t read instructions and I tried to delete videos by clicking on the video itself - but looks like you have to click on the date/time on the menu list. Feels very odd and can easily delete clips you don’t intend to.
Overall it is nice to have if you find yourself frequently reviewing videos but it’s more of a novelty app with a lot to be desired. Hoping it will get updated over time with better UI to justify my purchase.Show lessLittlekid440

Had some damage done recently to my car, person didn’t leave a note or anything and I didn’t have sentry mode enabled (my bad). Anyhow this app would have quickly allowed me to view the footage directly from my iPhone and show the local PD which would have been ideal. Anyhow, app works exactly as described (read requirements before downloading this app, it requires a specific USB drive) and more useful features seem to be added all the time. Works really well. Would be nice to have a black background as shown rather than the light blue. Expensive but saves loads of time searching for a clip.MoMorris2013
Great app for viewing TeslaCam footage!
Wow, it works great! You buy a particular SanDisk WiFi enabled flash drive, set it up and then you're golden. You must remove the drive from the car before the phone will read it; just a limitation of the drive. Please read directions before reviewing! 😀Alex Gayer
How does this app have such a great rating?
I love this developer. I love the Stats app. But I’m completely dumbfounded by how it’s humanly possible for this app to have more than one star, due to the constant app crashing, video playback freezing, files loading to my phone (iPhone XS) and horrible connectivity/ reliability issues between my phone and the horrible sandisk wireless usb drive. Why would such a great developer design his entire app around such a horrible flash drive? Amazon’s review of this drive is only 2.5-3.5 stars, but I had to order it if I wanted to use this app that had such fantastic reviews. I’ve had it for almost 2 weeks now, and I can absolutely say that it’s completely worthless. I want to use it sooo badly, but it never works. It would take me 1000 times less time to plug it into a computer, and it would actually play the videos too.Show lessJoeyZza

Can’t wait to see where he takes this app in the future, but is hands down the quickest and easiest way to view dash cam footage. Had an issue with my configuration initially and got a quick response back on what I had done wrong. Great work.Just summarize it for me

This is a must have app for all Tesla owners using sentry mode. You can unplug the USB from your Tesla while sitting in it if you would like to review the videos directly from your phone or tablet instantly! Easy to use
App is easy to use, but set up for 64gb drive a bit confusing to format for me. Had to download a free software from EASEUS to format in FAT32 since I guess most computers will only allow the default options of exfat and nfts or whatever it is because the size of drive is above 32gb. But that really has nothing to do w/ app just the drives size and Tesla’s required format.Show lessnhberrics
Easy way to view your Tesla dash cam
Some much easier than downloading you USB and checking the files. I recommend using a screen capture program like Go Record to convert it to video that you can save to your camera roll. Hopefully this feature will get added later.cybernoir
Great app
This app works! Developer is excellent at responding and clearly prides himself in responding to his user base.
It would be awesome if you could stream the video without taking out the SanDisk stick, but that is a limitation of the stick, not the app developer.
