Why

MTN said this app does not run on data. Then why do I need data to open this app? It has to be freee ( I don’t have data and I want to buy data with this same app.. it will never open unless I buy direct data before this app will work) please work on this app or we will stop using it

Why..?

I don’t understand why you cannot reset your password for buying data for others once you forget everything including your favorite questions…this app need more development 😠

How stupid mtn is

Why shine you have data before using their own app that you used for everything as far as mtn is concern .. one day Ghanaians will deal with them the youth will one day question them with a heavy fight

Useless for momo

I downloaded this app because I travelled out and to use my momo feature on the app,I need to be running on mtn data which will charge me 5ghc/1mb because it’s roaming …. This is really stupid and inconsiderate
After all I have data from other sources,be it wifi or other cellular networks so I should be able to access it
U people need to think and work smarter and stop frustrating we the consumers with ur incompetence to function well

So bad not to use if you don’t have data

Why do I have to have data before I can access my network provider app ?

Transfer from bank

It’s too bad the “transfer from bank” features doesn’t work in the app please kindly work on that

Why?

Why do I need to have data before I can use my network providers up, the same up I would use in buying data and making various transactions. It doesn’t make sense whatsoever, especially considering the fact that your internet is awful in some areas like mines. I downloaded the app at first & deleted it, because I found myself stranded ones and was out of data but I could use the up while the short codes weren’t working.

I tried downloading the app but they keep telling me it can’t support my device.

Very few things consistently work

Router management is gone

Few days after the last update, the router management option just disappeared. Is it coming back?
