MTN can do better, come on!

The app, when it works, is fantastic and really intuitive and easy to use… WHEN IT WORKS! A lot of the time it is slow to load, clunky and will not respond. Disappointing really.

App too slow

The MTN app is very slow. Sometimes I have to open and close the app several times and even restart my phone but it still fails to load for me to buy airtime or bundle. It is really annoying!! MTN please do something about it ASAP.

Exceptionally Slow

I’m really disappointed in your your app as it’s exceptionally slow and non-responsive! And why can’t you whitelist data usage for this app only since you prefer we buy data via app? What’s the essence when we can’t log into the app when we out of data to buy data?

Runs very very slow

This app is very slow and especially when you need it to make transactions and it doesn’t work when you don’t have data but how??.. it’s a nice app but if you don’t fix it you will become very useless ..because using the short codes even seem faster than the app and doesn’t how it supposed to be .. if that’s how it is going to be then there is no need to download the app because it’s very frustrating …

Slow

In the past few months the MTN app has become unbearably slow.
It has a knack of embarrassing you when you have to make payment to someone but you have to wait for minutes on end and sometimes the vender thinks you are trying to pull a fast one.

Terrible App

This app never gets better. It has been spinning all week. It can't connect to the network either WiFi or mobile data. Not user friendly at all

Why

MTN said this app does not run on data. Then why do I need data to open this app? It has to be freee ( I don’t have data and I want to buy data with this same app.. it will never open unless I buy direct data before this app will work) please work on this app or we will stop using it
