I used this scooter one time at the beginning of the summer 2023, it’s now January 2024 & they still tryna take money from my card. After I already spent $40 just ride the scooter. They constantly trying to charge my card different amounts. I can’t find any way to contact the company. Somebody needs to contact me so they will stop trying to take from my card.Show lessScammer$
There’s a new Scooter on the block!
A friend and I rode about six miles total on the Levy scooters last weekend and really liked them. They were quick and smooth and the battery seemed pretty steady the whole time! Will definitely use them again.Badams20

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT
I travelled 45 mins to get to scooters that were available on the app, for them not to even be there. I am very disappointed with this app and their false advertisement.Sierrasaige23
Good ride at a good price, but
The scooter itself, sometimes need 20minutes to unlock, do not lock it until you reached your house or parking spot. The rest it’s good scooter in a good price. Alternative for people don’t want to use big e-bike.Zumyzoom

Misleading… at best. Garbage company.
I mean, I guess the app works.
But the company and what you’re getting into is garbage. We found these outside our hotel and thought it would be a better option than the 1.5 mile walk… we did NOT realize that you have to return the scooter to the same location or it charges you the ENTIRE time you’re gone.
We had a meal and drinks with friends, taking about 3 hours round trip, and paid $65 EACH. Probably 10x what we would have paid in Ubers. We would’ve been happy to end the trip, give up the scooters and take our chances getting another one afterwards or walking… but we couldn’t.
Again, an Uber or Lyft is cheaper. They won’t tell you this, but read it here. Don’t use this company if you’re not immediately returning.Show lessstewpapa40

Suspensions and shock experience was rough. Speed could be set a bit faster to 18 mph. Overall good experience. Look forward to having more of these with less unlocking fees!thee_chosen_juan
