Not helpful
Ap shows you parking lots but not where u are. One lot (Lumber) we tried getting directions via link ….never saw it just kept passing it by. Another lot we pulled in to was limited to 3 hours. No information on prices of lots which are quite varied. Finally ended up in a lot and unable to pay via ap, paid at pay station.

Worked great
I was skeptical at first but app downloaded and worked like a charm. I used to use coins and this is so much easier. Even has a map and search for the city!

worst parking
why even have an app when they give you a ticket regardless? I paid my parking on the app and they still gave me a ticket
Worst App Ever
This app loses your credit card, takes your money but eliminates your time without notice. This leaves you vulnerable to a ticket.
Doesn’t work
Wasted time downloading and logging in. Stood right in front of the parking meter and it just wouldn’t work. First was told my location couldn’t be found despite entering the location codes right on the meter. Then Got errors.
I use other parking apps all over the US. I know how they’re supposed to work. Ended up using a credit card to park.

Not so good
When I first downloaded app all the setting choices were there. Now there are only 2 settings. I’ve done all the suggestions to fix it 3 times and they are still not there. I had set an alert for 40 min before time was up it never gave me a notification.
Constant errors
We go to Laguna Beach often, and the majority of the time the app never works, it errors with “El1050 Parking Space Not Found”. Sometimes retrying a dozen times for the same spot works. Sometimes extending a session for a space has the same error — we literally have had a paid session for a spot that exists, but it errored trying to extend a session because the spot magically didn’t exist anymore.
Add a license plate incorrectly? Unfortunately you can’t delete it, it gives you a different error.
This app desperately needs an engineering team that knows how to test before release.
