App stinks
This app is awful. I was able to enter the time with no problem. When I went to add more time on the app it told me spot not found. What?! I was already registered in the spot. App needs a lot of work.SweenyJOHN
Badly designed.
I just was asked to update to a new version. The new one is sooooo slow, comes up with errors. It was better before (if not perfect). Terrible app.YvoCanivo

Not User Friendly
I installed the app knowing that would be simple to use. Find a spot, type in the space, etc but that was not the case. The app asks you for your license plate and cc number and once you enter that information nothing happens. Even if you create an account nothing is saved and pretty much brings you back to the home page. Everyone use your card or pay cash in the metered parking and avoid this app.Show lessTouqir42

Move spots?
Visiting, so not familiar with the area. Busy day, and not a lot of open spots. Parked further from the B&B than we should have, so moved the car. The app allows you to extend your parking (which is good), but moving to a new space is a problem. Reentering the license plate for the NEW space leads to the parking session at the OLD spot. So, to park at a new spot, I had to wait thirty minutes. Is it legal for me to just sit here? 🤷♂️I do know that I’d like to pay for my new space, but must wait for the other session to expire to even have a shot at that.Show lessDon the pirate

Horrible change
Regular visitor to LB. Today, we discovered there is this new parking app. Saying it’s difficult to navigate is an understatement. Why in the world would the city change the app that was easy to use, stored your data, and made it a pretty simple task. No way this new crappy app stays around long.
