You wrecked this app! as a Laguna Beach local, I relied on you to tell me how many spaces were left why did you delete the map? Bad!Al localgirl

Was good, but now clunky
The last version of the app was easy to use and worked well. You could save your data and have a parking spot paid for in a few seconds. This recent update (June 2023) is difficult to use and navigate. In addition, it does not save your data, and requires putting in the credit card and license plate number with each purchase.
It is just too much effort to use.
It is unclear why they would take something that worked well and update it to a piece of junk.Show lessJgreg7
Don't update!!!
I just updated the app and it lost all my saved plates and my saved credit cards. Great! Now I can enter all the info again. Nice software developer job!Teddy064

Terrible!
Makes you download the app. Then when you get to the app there’s nowhere to pay. I even made an account and no luck. Very bad!!!oliviacampbell1234
Glitchy
Works fast when paying right in front of the meter. I love the countdown of time left on the meter. But when trying to add more time, the app kept asking me what rate I wanted to apply but the scrolling choices I had during initial payment would not open up. It’s also not very intuitive. You are only able to choose lots and times after you apply a card to your account. But the app does not tell you this. The buttons simply do not appear until then. They are trying to get with the times on this app, it’s just not quite there yet.Show lessBlah ☹️

Make sure to create an account or the app is completely useless.
Very unintuitive and soul sucking to use. Cannot stress enough how DISTRESSING it is to try and figure out how to pay for parking on this godforsaken app.
