No Amex? Really?!
Amex is one of the major credit cards in the US. How frustrating it is for visitors to come here, drive around the block 6 times to find a parking spot, only to have their Amex rejected.Bentzi19

By the time the app downloaded, I was able to walk 1 block and get a coffee and get back in my car and leave. I couldn’t see how to pay, once I got into the app? Who made this app?? Wow. Don’t waste your time.kwerner31

Hard to overstate just how dreadful this app is. Buggy, illogical, poor UI, wouldn’t allow us to complete payment. The whole experience was mind-numbingly frustrating. Unintuitive awful App
Doesn’t even tell you that you need to sign in to pay. When you do go pay the page doesn’t even scroll so you can input your number plate. The fact that someone was paid to make this is embarrassingStefan Giangiuliani
