Looking at the version history, I’m guessing things have improved since the earlier reviews as I used this app for the first time just now.
The reason for 4 stars is the lack of intuitive design. It’s not clear that you must have an account to pay. The opening screen implies you can pay as a guest, but all that allows you to do is search for a spot. The sign up process is not too onerous once you twig what’s going on.
My other suggestion would be to make it easier to clear the spot selection and start over. I felt I had to kill the app to do that. The option on the map didn’t do that for me.
I added back one star for not charging a crappy convenience fee! Well done Laguna Beach city!Show lessPeter Faversham-Barre
