  • Sleek but not easily sortable

    I like the dashboard and the jumping to accounts quickly but I seem to be in able to sort my transactions in a logical order. Months of data isn’t being displayed. Maybe user error.

    Hello, We are pleased to hear that you like the dashboard. Transactions display in chronological order by default, but you may find it helpful to look at transactions per account, instead of all together. To do this, select which account, for example, checking account. Select transactions and you will see only the checking account transactions in chronological order.   • Horrible

    Go back to the old version of the app. This one doesn’t work half time, it’s a pain to see your balance, and it takes it two days to show transactions. Just a terrible redesign of something that worked flawlessly before.

    In response to what was said. I fully understand that. The old app used to show transactions and purchases in near real time and update in near real time as well, it’s been a pain balancing my accounts when transactions I’ve made in the past that would show up almost right away don’t show on my account or update my balance until 2 or 3 days later.

  • Update notifications

    I liked that I use to get s text on every transaction with a running balance. Now, phftt. You can only do alerts and it states it’s a warning alert cause you have to set it at zero. Not liking it

    Although digital banking text alerts are not as robust as they were in the previous app, logging in is significantly faster and easier with the 4 digit passcode or biometrics. This makes logging in to see a real time balance change both easier and significantly more accurate than it was before. Please call us at 303.978.2274 if you have any additional concerns.

  • Credit union app

    Not a fan of change. More so when the change doesn’t work correctly. No bill pay and can’t access information.

  • Terrible

    Pretty terrible app, makes things very difficult. It was terrible before but now worse. Going to switch banks after this virus is over

  • Too many bugs

    I can’t access my accounts with this app or the website. In times like these, I would like to be able to access my accounts and see the money I have in real time.

  • Too much

    Liked simplicity of old app better. Page too cluttered

    Hello, we are sorry to hear you think the page is too cluttered. We have good news! There is a way to declutter the page. You can organize the home screen/ Dashboard by scrolling to the very bottom of the Dashboard screen and selecting “Organize dashboard”, then you can move around the items for the order you would like to see them, or you can add/ remove items you do or don’t want to see on the dashboard. Removing items will declutter the page. To add to the dashboard you will select the "+" button and if you want to remove it the will select the "x". We hope you find this information helpful.   • Bring back the previous one!

    I’m NOT happy with this new version. The previous one was great. So much easier to get your balance and latest transactions just at a glance. Now, I have to toggle through unneeded stuff just to find my balance. 👎🏻

You can do this by scrolling to the very bottom of the dashboard screen and selecting “Organize dashboard”, then you can move around the items into the order you would like to see them, or you can add/ remove items you do or don’t want to see on the dashboard.
