“System Support Error”
Unable to access my account for 3 weeks. I’ve deleted/reinstalled 7x. Contacted NW 6x. iPhone11 is updated but I still cannot access my account through the app.

I think it would be A good idea if we would get a call quarterly to review our retirement, or if there are major changes seeing that you have control of my account.

I love the app.
Now I have one touch access to see my retirement account in the blink of an Eye and also can make changes and follow my return rate. I love it!

Useless
Cannot log in. For a company so large such as Nationwide, its sad to see an app that does not allow logging in ....
