I gave this app a bad review back in early September, and even though I contacted the app developer back then and subsequently at the end of October nothing has happened to the app or their customer service to make me want to give it a better one.
Honestly, if you open the app it looks like a twelve-year-old programmed it at school during their computing lesson! It’s so basic and amateurish compared to other apps I use. I could accept its no thrills appearance if its functionality was up to speed. Just as an example, if you use the history function and select a session it invites you to email a graph. The charging time upon which the graph is generated is incorrect. The graph itself, well, can be best described as a coloured smudge on the screen. I’m guessing this is supposed to be used as a management tool. Good luck if you are a manager receiving and using that!
I’ve given EO support enough opportunity to reach out and allow me to help them improve their offering but meaningful has happened yet.
I can only guess that the developers face a mountain of issues that they don’t have time to service their customers properly.
Based on my current experience I couldn’t possibly recommend this app to anyone.
