Camera offline
It’s really bad to learn that if network disconnects the status of all the camera in the app shows as offline even if the power to camera is available. This app is unable to detect that network has been restored and it should automatically get reconnected. This app needs serious improvements.Guri_15
Seems like a good deal.
Problem being, I down load the app. Trying to set up account, says I must have a email account, add that, have to add password, it won’t accept one to set up a account. it wants the password to my email account! NOT HAPPENING!mi not happening
Needs work
The app logs you out when you launch it telling you “invalid login”. Also once you get it setup you can’t change anything such as your network info which is maddening. Seems you can only delete the camera and start over which was a pain to begin with.GrimWit
iPad and cell phone don’t work together
I just installed my new camera. All was working great on my Samsung Galaxy cell phone UNTIL I installed this app on my iPad. Now I don’t get notifications on my cell phone, I am forced to log out of iPad and log back in to cell phone. Once logged into cell phone, I don’t get notifications on iPad. Please fix. App issues
Please make it so you can be logged into more than one device. I use both my iPad and phone and it constantly logs out to go on another device. Cameras go in and out so app has to be closed out and restarted. I like the cameras and was able to set them up well. Just think the app needs tweakingLil nono09
Clunky
This is not very intuitive. It’s hard to locate the recorded footage. To download you have to record the recording then download the recording you just recorded. Then, you can only log in on one device at a time without sharing. When you share it asks for the account. My account or the account I want to share with? There is LOTS of room for improvement here.Show lessJFusco
I’m Underwhelmed
Ok...upped my original rating to 3 stars...time will tell. Figured out how to share with my wife on her phone.
Cameras are not as clear as touted in the advertisement. Anything more than 8-10 feet away is grainy if you try to zoom in so you can see details. Seems like I have to restart the app quite a bit as the cameras drop out from time to time.
I would say for price I’m pleased enough...but then maybe not.Show lessStoneman85
