  • Thank you.

I have suffered from Generalised Anxiety disorder for YEARS. Due to not having the financial aid to get professional help from a clinic psychologist. I’ve spent years trying to have my own “mental health / life belt”. My primary issue was overthinking and really bad rumination— this app came out from researching for cheaper alternative self care.

I’ve been loving the app so far, no ads, nothing I could write my inner negative thoughts without feeling like the app is bombarding me to “pay” for added features. I just wanted a place to write my rumination thoughts somewhere. I feel like the doll has no judgements over what I’m writing.

And for the first time I actually cried it felt so good to be honest with my thoughts and not feed had to type something. I highly recommend this app this app is great for late nights insomnia to just write down the thought and when you no longer need the doll it’s in a cute little area where the doll stays to let you know that you’re not longer worrying about the problem.

Thank you so much for making this app!

  • Love it, but maybe autocorrect?

I use my worry dolls quite a lot. I have many on the go and they are really helpful to work through the worries and concerns I have. I like the prompts it gives you when you are finished with a worry and are able to reflect on it.
One thing I find frustrating and actually adds to my anxiety is the lack of autocorrect when typing. I don’t like misspelt things in my entries and I don’t like the incorrect grammar of lowercase ‘I’ etc. but it means I have to go back and correct all my mistakes rather than it autocorrecting the spellings. It’s unusual to have an app that doesn’t do that and I’m not sure why it’s not standard on it.

  • PERFECT FOR OVER THINKERS

I over think a lot and I mean ALOT (to the point were if someone doesn’t text me make I will immediately jump to the conclusion that they hate me) but this actually dose help quite a bit! And I love when u get to tell a doll that my worry is over! I feel way better that I can get whatever I’m thinking about off my chest. DOWNLOAD IT IF UR AN OVERTHINKER

  • Great app! Some feature requests.

Fascinating idea! Just a few features I feel would be useful while I was using the app in the last couple of weeks:

    1. search historical worry dolls. Helpful when you want to search for a similar situation in the past and see how it went last time. You can even sort worries according to final outcomes.

2.there are times I have not “finished worrying” because the outcome of things I was worrying about was either too far in the future or going on indefinitely. However, they have been relegated to a secondary place in my mind over time. When I try to finish the worry it asks me if the outcome is as bad as I thought, but I won’t have an answer to that. I just temporarily stopped worrying about that thing bcs there are so many other things in my life. I feel like it’d be useful to add “TBD” option to the outcomes or distinguish between “finished worries” or “temporarily finished worries”.

  • Great app! just one improvement to be made

This is a great app, and from someone who worries a lot, it’s good to look back at your old worries and think “why would i worry that!?” However, i so wish they would talk to you using AI and maybe tell you how to feel better not just: “now this worry is safe with me” Overall, i think this is a great app just a few twigs could be made however i enjoy it a lot :)

  • okay but inconvenient getting rid of worries

like you cant delete dolls and need to forcefully complete each worry and answering the same question process everytime

    Developer Response

You can delete! Go to the bottom of the screen with the single worrydoll. There are three dots. If you press them the option to delete is there 👀 thanks for writing hope this helps 👫👫
  • word limit

this app is amazing!! i am very thankful and happy that you made this app but please remove the word limit! i’d love to be able to tell my dolls more but the word limit restricts that. otherwise great app
thank you for making this 🫶🏼

    Developer Response

  • Thx

I love this app so much it is so my fun
  • Love it, but…

There are a few problems that make it difficult to use. I feel that perhaps the developer giant have as many worries as I do (and hey that’s a good thing), but the app becomes difficult to use when you’ve got a lot of dolls and you want to update your worries. Every time you update a doll, the display resets back to the first doll. Since they are all in a single row, you then need to scroll through all the dolls again. Doing this 20 or 30 times becomes a worry in itself. Ultimately I’ll probably stop using the app because of the this. Otherwise, this thing is perfection and really soothing.
