I think the app is okay so far, ive only had it for about 4 hours. The only thing that i don’t like so far is that it freezes when you hit the character limit. I think there shouldn’t be a character limit because sometimes when people vent, they need to get as much as they can out. With the character limit, you can’t get everything out as you would have wanted.

  • best app ever

instant relief, feels good letting my worries out
  • A Deep Breath of Fresh Air

I only found this app a few days ago, and I’m so glad I did.

As somebody who suffers severely from multiple forms of anxiety, it’s incredibly exhausting having constant anxious spirals. I find that by opening the app, writing down a summary of the thought/feeling, and seeing it written there can be incredibly helpful in acknowledging that these thoughts are not my own, but products of my illness. I’m sure it’d offer a similar sense of comfort for those who may not necessarily suffer from the mental illness anxiety, but are prone to nervousness, too.

Another thing I really appreciate is the simplicity of the app - some apps promoted to be anxiety-relieving I’ve found overwhelming because of their demand to check in daily or partake in in-app purchases. Worrydolls is simply there for whenever you feel like getting something off your chest.

One thing I’d love to see is an option to toggle on writing longer worries, but maybe keep it optional. There’s definitely an upside to seeing that worries can be boiled down to a 2 sentence summary, but sometimes it’d be nice to just rant away.

Thank you so much for creating this app. Obviously, it isn’t a cure to end all anxiety, but it certainly is helpful and offers relief to thought spirals that are often relentless when untamed. I would highly recommend downloading to anybody thinking about it!

  • This really helps

I would definitely recommend this to someone like me who has a hard time telling other people things. I feel safe telling them my worries as they won’t share them and it’s good to get my feelings off m chest. The designs are simple but pretty and I love the lock feature as it makes me feel reassured that my worries are safe.

  • This app is great and really helpful!

As I expressed in the title of this review, I really feel like this app has helped me calm and ease my anxiety and irrational, irrelevant thoughts. The app, “Worrydolls” has aided me through a lot of hardships and I would happy to recommend this app to anyone who is struggling with similar problems to myself. To the person who made this app, thank you. You’ve created a therapeutic masterpiece of an app.

  • Although small, this app helps a lot

Even though this app only provides a simple service, it can be extremely helpful and calming. I got recommended this app and it’s helped quite a bit so far. I also really like the password feature because It allows me to write down my thoughts and not have to worry about people seeing them. Additionally, the little worry dolls themselves are super cute and they can wear masks :D

  • ty so much for this app<3

I love this app so much, I can finally confide in something, even if it’s just an animated character. it sort of feels like somone cares.
  • nearly perfect

i love this app. i use it all the time to write down my worries or just things i want to vent about. i like how it’s private and requires a password or finger print before entering the app. in general i really like everything about the app. there are only two things about it that i don’t appreciate. the first is the character limit, when i am rambling on about a worry or venting, it is frustrating when there is a limit to how much i can type. once i do reach the amount the whole app freezes and i can’t delete anything, forcing me to exit the app and loose all of my progress of what i was typing. the second would be the organization of the worries. by organization i don’t mean folders or categories, i mean being able to sort the worrydolls from oldest to most recent of when i add the worry or add to the worry. i feel like this would be more efficient than having them in the original order that you added them in. but besides these two factors i would say that worrydolls is a very good app, and i would definitely recommend it to anyone who enjoys writing down their thoughts or just needs a place to vent.
